How long will the chocolates stay fresh?Updated 7 months ago

Ideally, our chocolate should be stored in a cool, dry place - away from direct sunlight. To help preserve the chocolate, it is important to maintain a consistent temperature under 68° F.

For optimum quality, we recommend consuming our chocolates within 9 months - one year of purchase. Chocolates containing cookies, graham crackers or pretzels have a shelf life of 3-6 months.

Truffles - Because the environment affects the shelf-life of truffles, it is important to maintain a consistent temperature of 68° F with a relative humidity of 50%. This combination will help ensure six months of fresh, flavorful truffles.

Brownies & Half-Dunked Cookies stay freshest 5 to 6 days at room temperature and, if tightly covered, up to 6 months in the freezer. We recommend freezing them until ready to eat, then thawing them for 1-2 hours. Do not refrigerate.
