I put in the wrong delivery address! How can I change it?Updated 4 months ago

The details of your name and shipping address & mode of payment are critical. We cannot be responsible for errors in information that is provided to us.

In limited cases, we are able to make changes to an order prior to being shipped. Once a package is shipped or in the final stage of fulfillment, we are not able to make any changes to the order. This includes the delivery method and shipping address. 

If your order has not shipped and you need to make a change, please email us ASAP at [email protected] for available options. Please include your order number, the intended delivery address, and include “URGENT ADDRESS” in the subject line!
